Factory compression specs for the 258 is 120-150 psi, with no more than 30 psi difference between cylinders. So, you are at the lowest end of factory spec in 5 cylinders and way below spec in #6. A leak-down test would tell where #6 is losing compression, but it's probably the rings. Either way, I'd start saving your pennies for a rebuild. I am a new owner of an 84 cj7 with a 258 I6. In fact. if the firing order is definitely right, I'd be tempted to replace the cap even if it's new - sometimes a factory . Your metering pins look like they're in the perfect position.
